1. Take three pearl-sized amounts of Synactif Neck & Décolleté Cream with the spatula. With your right hand, apply half of the cream to the left side of your neck and décolleté. Use gentle, circular motions, repeating 3 times. Then, repeat on the other side.
2. In your right hand, hold the Essential Flow Massager,
and lightly apply to your skin.

3. Slowly and gently move the Essential Flow Massager in the directions illustrated to feel the effects of enhanced lymphatic flow. Repeat 3 times. Then, repeat on the other side.
(1) Starting just below your ear,move the massager toward your chin, neck and collarbone.
