  • What is the Radiance Loyalty Program?

    When you join the Cle de Peau Beaute Radiance Loyalty Program, you will be rewarded with every purchase and can unlock radiant rewards as you ascend the tiers of our membership.

  • How can I sign up as a Radiance Loyalty Program Member?

    Simply head to https://member.cledepeau-beaute.com.sg/login to sign up as a Radiance Loyalty Program member. No purchase required.

  • How do I qualify for my membership tier?

    Accumulate your spend over a period of 12months from date of last purchase to qualify for each of the tiers.

  • Can I share the Radiance Loyalty Program benefits with my family/friends?

    No. Membership is not transferable.

  • Radiance Points

  • How can I earn points?

    Points are awarded with every purchase at any Cle de Peau Beaute stores. Every $1 spent earns 1 Radiance Point. Purchases made online, in Sephora retail stores, at Sephora.com and duty-free shops are not eligible for membership points accumulation and redemption.

  • How do I check my points balance?

    Simply log into our member portal (https://member.cledepeau-beaute.com.sg/login) to access your personalized member dashboard. You will be able to view your purchase history, points balance as well as any existing rewards available for redemption.

  • What can I use my points for?

    You can use your Radiance Points to redeem exclusive products and/or experiences specially curated for you.

  • Is there an expiry date to my points?

    Points will expire in rolling 12 months from your transaction date. Unfortunately, extension of points validity is strictly not allowed.

  • Product Redemptions

  • Where can I redeem my points for products?

    You can redeem your points by logging into https://member.cledepeau-beaute.com.sg/login and clicking on "Browse Rewards Mall" after logging in. Click on "Redeem Now" under the reward of your choice to convert your points into a voucher.

  • Where can I collect my products?

    Products can only be redeemed at your preferred store.

  • When is the product redemption and collection period?

    You can collect and redeem your points at any time of the year.

  • Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?

    Once redemptions are confirmed, no change is allowed. All product redemptions via our online membership portal are final.

  • I submitted my reward redemption successfully but was later informed that the product I redeemed is out of stock. What should I do?

    We apologise for the time-lapse that might have happened where we are delisting the product from the system and will assist to help reinstate your points for another selection.
