THE POWER OF RADIANCE AWARDS 2026

 Clé de Peau Beauté honors Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon of the United Kingdom for her pioneering work championing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) education for girls and non-binary people with The Power of Radiance Awards 2026.

The Power of Radiance Awards are an annual celebration recognizing women who are taking action in their communities by advocating for girls’ education. 

Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE is a trailblazer in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). A prodigious talent, she passed two GCSEs at the age of ten and later earned a master's degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Oxford, becoming one of the youngest women ever to do so.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Stemettes, Dr. Imafidon inspires girls and non-binary people to explore STEAM with confidence. 

In 2013, she co-founded Stemettes*, a social initiative created to inspire the next generation of young women and non-binary people into STEAM. Through free academies, hackathons, mentoring and role-model programs, Stemettes brings young minds into real-world STEAM environments and shows them that there is a place for them in these fields. More than 70,000* young people have taken part in Stemettes programs to date, many describing the experience as the moment they first felt they truly belonged in STEAM.

Through education and mentorship, Dr. Imafidon fosters supportive environments where young minds are empowered to shape the future.

She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Stemettes, an award-winning social initiative dedicated to empowering girls and non-binary people in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics).
